- The public is welcome ($20 if you are not a participant)
- Great music by the Salty Dogs
- Plenty to quench your thirst or drown your sorrow
- Food served from 4 – 6 pm
- Home cookin’, BBQ with all the fixin’s, comfort food
- This is NOT a gluten free meal and it’s definitely not low calorie
* Participants are free but MUST RSVP by February 22, 2013 – it’s $20 if you don’t.

- Purchase a quest tickets when you register online
- Download a CHANGE FORM and follow directions to RSVP or add guest tickets to your registration
- If available purchase tickets at the Health & Fitness Expo race weekend
- You CANNOT RSVP race weekend

THE SALTY DOGS: Hailing from the streets of Little Rock, Arkansas, The Salty Dogs have incorporated hip sounds into their own blend of feel good country music. The Salty Dogs won the 2003 Arkansas Times Musician’s Showcase for the “Best Original Band in Arkansas.” The Salty Dogs’ music has also received kudos from Deke Dickerson to Jason Ringenberg. The Salty Dogs’ music has been featured on the TLC network hit show, Trading Spaces. Also, they have recently recorded with the rock-n-roll legend, D.J. Fontana. The Salty Dogs’ Autoharpoon was released through Big Bender Records/Hapi Skratch Entertainment on May 15th, 2007.
In 2010, The Salty Dogs joined forces with Little Rock’s own, Max Recordings. It was the perfect fit for their latest release, Brand New Reason.Brand New Reason was released on Max Recordings – January 26, 2010. The Dogs’ frontman, Brad Williams, states, “This album captures what the band is really all about.”
The Salty Dogs have shared the stage with Willie Nelson, Kinky Friedman, Hank Williams Jr., Kelly Willis, Jim Dickinson, Old Crow Medicine Show, Tennessee 3, Moot Davis, Dwight Yoakam’s longtime producer/guitarist – Pete Anderson, The Gourds and Junior Brown.
The Salty Dogs are currently working on their 4th studio album.
