Why: To create best practices and a network of support in Central Arkansas
Who: Little Rock Marathon staff, law enforcement and community partners
Cost: $80 per attendee – cost includes summit materials, a box lunch and snacks
The Little Rock Marathon is excited to announce the second Little Rock Event Security Summit, which will take place on Wednesday, August 22 at the Centre at University Park in Little Rock.
The theme of the event will be “collaboration”. This is the essential element to any endeavor that is going to be successful. Collaboration between the event organizer, city officials, public safety, venue and the community are all critical to producing a safe, successful event.
The Little Rock Event Security Summit is open to event organizers, venue operators, city officials and public safety officials in the Central Arkansas area.
There will be panel discussions, breakout discussion groups, as well as plenty of time to mingle and network with the wide array of participants taking part in the Event Security Summit
